The collected data survey is conducted in\nthree major cities—Yangon, Nay Pyi Taw, and Mandalay—with a sample size of 281\nrespondents. Additionally, qualitative analysis through interviews with Project (MYP9)\nManagement Unit members of the JICA-ODA Project is employed to evaluate the\neffectiveness of foreign aid projects in promoting social inclusion, economic growth,\nand digital innovation.
