The descriptive methods are\napplied to network infrastructure, learning, society, and economy. The study employs\nboth primary and secondary data sources. The collected data survey is conducted in\nthree major cities—Yangon, Nay Pyi Taw, and Mandalay—with a sample size of 281\nrespondents. Additionally, qualitative analysis through interviews with Project (MYP9)\nManagement Unit members of the JICA-ODA Project is employed to evaluate the\neffectiveness of foreign aid projects in promoting social inclusion, economic growth,\nand digital innovation.
