In this study, staff perception on\nfactors affecting operational performance has high level of perception. The study\nfound that customer awareness, technological advancement, product development,\nand ethical operations are statistically positive significant effect on operational\nperformance. To enhance operational performance, businesses should focus on\nimproving customer awareness, leveraging technological advancements, fostering\nproduct development, and optimizing their ethical operations. Customer awareness\ncan be boosted through targeted marketing campaigns, educational content, and\ncustomer engagement initiatives.
