To enhance operational performance, businesses should focus on\nimproving customer awareness, leveraging technological advancements, fostering\nproduct development, and optimizing their ethical operations. Customer awareness\ncan be boosted through targeted marketing campaigns, educational content, and\ncustomer engagement initiatives. Analyzing the variables influencing the operational performance of insurance
businesses in Myanmar is the primary goal of this research. The study's goal is
achieved via the use of quantitative research techniques and descriptive statistics. For
the main data, 108 employees above manager level from a sample of 147 employees
from 27 insurance businesses were chosen using a simple random selection technique.
Instruments such as research questionnaires are used to gather data. In this study, six
