The study's goal is\nachieved via the use of quantitative research techniques and descriptive statistics. For\nthe main data, 108 employees above manager level from a sample of 147 employees\nfrom 27 insurance businesses were chosen using a simple random selection technique.\nInstruments such as research questionnaires are used to gather data. In this study, six\nmain independent variables as regulation, customer awareness, technological\nadvancement, risk management, product development, and ethical operations, and\ndependent variables – operational performance. In this study, staff perception on\nfactors affecting operational performance has high level of perception. The study\nfound that customer awareness, technological advancement, product development,\nand ethical operations are statistically positive significant effect on operational\nperformance. To enhance operational performance, businesses should focus on\nimproving customer awareness, leveraging technological advancements, fostering\nproduct development, and optimizing their ethical operations. Customer awareness\ncan be boosted through targeted marketing campaigns, educational content, and\ncustomer engagement initiatives.
