This study aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial leadership and
organizational innovation on organizational performance of DKSH Co., Ltd. The sample

DKSH Co., Ltd. Therefore, DKSH should implement the role of innovation between risk
taking and specifying limits of entrepreneurial leadership role and organizational
performance which presented a significant opportunity for company to drive strategic
alignment, operational efficiency, and competitive advantage.
