In this study, the collected \ndata are analyzed by descriptive statistics and liner regression analysis. The survey period \nwas starting from May, 2024 and concluding on June, 2024. Regarding the regression \nanalysis, there is a mediating effect of employee motivation to work between leadership \nand employee performance to Wyndham Grand Yangon Hotel. Furthermore, there is also a \nmediating effect of employee motivation to work between organizational culture and \nemployee performance to Wyndham Grand Yangon Hotel.
