Sample size of this study is 150 \nas there are 150 employees in the Wyndham Grand Yangon Hotel. Census sampling method \nis used in this study. In this study, both primary and secondary data are used. Questionnaire \nsurvey method is used as a primary data collection method. Primary data are collected by \nusing structured questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale from 1(strongly dissatisfied) \nto 5 (strongly satisfied). Secondary data are collected from relevant textbooks, some \nprevious papers and report from Wyndham Grand Yangon Hotel. In this study, the collected \ndata are analyzed by descriptive statistics and liner regression analysis. The survey period \nwas starting from May, 2024 and concluding on June, 2024. Regarding the regression \nanalysis, there is a mediating effect of employee motivation to work between leadership \nand employee performance to Wyndham Grand Yangon Hotel. Furthermore, there is also a \nmediating effect of employee motivation to work between organizational culture and \nemployee performance to Wyndham Grand Yangon Hotel.
