Secondary data are collected from the previous research papers, documents of Sky Star, international journals, papers, articles, reports, and relevant websites. Descriptive statistics and regression analysis are applied to analyze the collected data. According to the multiple regression analysis, training design and training delivery has significant and positive effect on employee performance. Training methods do not significantly affect employee performance. Motivation is the fully moderator on the relationship between training delivery and employee performance.
