Secondary data were gathered from relevant books, journals,\nprior research papers, textbooks, websites, and data provided by the Human Resource\nDepartment of Myanmar Posts and Telecommunications. The findings of this study\nhighlight that pay and benefits alone may not be the primary factors in attracting\nemployees; however, other qualitative factors, such as the general work environment,\nleadership style, involvement in decision-making, and HR policies, significant and\npositively effect on employee engagement.
