First, to analyze the factors that\ninfluencing employee engagement at Myanmar Posts and Telecommunications and\nsecond, to analyze the effect of employee engagement on organizational performance of\nMyanmar Posts and Telecommunications. This study involved the collection of data\nfrom 300 employees based at the Head Office. The sample size of 110 was determined\nusing the Raosoft sample size calculator and employing a simple random sampling\nmethod. Data collection incorporated both primary and secondary sources. Primary data\nwere acquired through a structured questionnaire survey. with 110 employees\nparticipating in the study. Secondary data were gathered from relevant books, journals,\nprior research papers, textbooks, websites, and data provided by the Human Resource\nDepartment of Myanmar Posts and Telecommunications. The findings of this study\nhighlight that pay and benefits alone may not be the primary factors in attracting\nemployees; however, other qualitative factors, such as the general work environment,\nleadership style, involvement in decision-making, and HR policies, significant and\npositively effect on employee engagement.
