Structured\nquestionnaires are distributed to those 146 employees are using simple random sampling\nmethod and complete data are received from only 109 employees. Primary data are\ncollected from the respondents by structured questionnaires. Secondary data are obtained\nfrom relevant text books, previous research papers, international journals and internet\nweb search. The data are analyzed by descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression\nanalysis. The analysis shows that the support from team leaders (group support) and\nmutual beneficial relationship among tasks (task interdependence) have positively\nsignificant effect on job satisfaction and job satisfaction has positively significant effect\non employee performance.
