There are a few requirements in job characteristics to retain engaged\npersons. Description
This study focuses on the employee engagement practices in Max Energy Co.,
Ltd. It aims to identify the employee engagement practices and to analyze the most
influencing factor on employee engagement in Max Energy Co., Ltd. The sample size
of 140 employees in gas filling stations of Max Energy Company was interviewed
with structured questionnaires and face-to-face interviewed. This study used simple

To aralyze the collected data, correlation and the statistical analysis of Statistical
Package for Social Science were applied. As a result, the mean values of engagement
practices used for employees are round about good situation. Rewards and
