It aims to identify the employee engagement practices and to analyze the most\ninfluencing factor on employee engagement in Max Energy Co., Ltd. The sample size\nof 140 employees in gas filling stations of Max Energy Company was interviewed\nwith structured questionnaires and face-to-face interviewed. This study used simple\nrandom sampling (SRS) method. Descriptive research method is applied in this study.\nTo aralyze the collected data, correlation and the statistical analysis of Statistical\nPackage for Social Science were applied. As a result, the mean values of engagement\npractices used for employees are round about good situation. Rewards and\nrecognition factor has a strongly correlation with employee engagement on the\nworkplace. It is found that most of the employees have the potential to be engaged\npersons to the workplace and company focus on reward and recognition to retain\nemployees. There are a few requirements in job characteristics to retain engaged\npersons.
