The objectives of the study are to\nidentiff the employee motivation practices in the Good Brothers\u0027 Company Limited\nand to explore employee\u0027s job satisfaction on the motivation factors of Good\nBrothers\u0027 Company Limited. Questionnaires are used to collect databy using simple\nrandom sampling method. This study uses the descriptive research method and\ncorrelation and regression analysis. Herzberg\u0027s Two-Factor Thbory is applied in this\nstudy. There are no dissatisfaction with hygiene factors as company supports properly\nthese factors. But, working condition is found the less weakness. Therefore, Company\nshould provide to make materials and equipment that will enhance effective\nperformance of employees available. And then, Employees are satisfied and\nmotivated with their work as company provides sufficient motivator factors in the\nworkplace. Among them, responsibility factor is slightly satisfied. Therefore,\nemployees should be delegated for participation in decision making in the work.\nThere are positive and significantly correlated both hygiene factors and motivator\nfactors with job satisfaction. This analysis expressed that the most significant factor is\nmotivator factors.
