Utilizing research questionnaires and other research instruments, the data for the study was collected. The correlations between the independent factors and the dependent variables are analyzed in this study in order to provide an interpretation of the data. The data also highlight the fact that the work satisfaction factor had significant effects on organizational commitment, as well as the effects that organizational commitment had on the employee performance. According to the recommendations made by the study, MFTB Bank should make an effort to provide continuously pleasant working conditions, salary and benefits, as well as connections with coworkers, in order to increase commitment to the long-term success of the business. |
