The results show that job aids and\nphysical work environment have a significant effect on job satisfaction of employees who\nare working at PTD. For the findings of leadership factors, individualized consideration\nand inspirational motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee job\nsatisfaction of employees. In addition, there is a significant positive effect of motivation\non job satisfaction of employees at PTD. Finally, it has been discovered that job\nsatisfaction strongly affects their work performance during COVID-19 pandemic at Posts\nand Telecommunications Department, Ministry of Transport and Communications.
