Primary\ndata is especially meant for making a survey through five-point Likert scale\nquestionnaires to 134 respondents of a total population of 205 employees. The sample\nsize is calculated by using the Raosoft Sample Size Calculator. Secondary data and\nrequired information is obtained from reports, journals, text books, related websites,\nsocial media pages and previous research papers. The results show that job aids and\nphysical work environment have a significant effect on job satisfaction of employees who\nare working at PTD. For the findings of leadership factors, individualized consideration\nand inspirational motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee job\nsatisfaction of employees. In addition, there is a significant positive effect of motivation\non job satisfaction of employees at PTD. Finally, it has been discovered that job\nsatisfaction strongly affects their work performance during COVID-19 pandemic at Posts\nand Telecommunications Department, Ministry of Transport and Communications.
