Additionally, it\nhas been discovered that employee commitment significantly improves workers\u0027 ability to\ndo their jobs. The affective commitment type, out of the three forms of commitment, has\nthe greatest impact on job performance. Since the majority of employees believe that the\ncompany falls short in providing health and safety aids, Unique Commercial Co., Ltd.\nshould focus more on stocking first aid kits and essential medications including\nparacetamol, vitacee, and degirol in each department. It should also provide thorough\nworkplace safety training to all employees and educate new hires on the organization\u0027s\nworkplace safety standards.
