(Ye Gaung, 2022)","subitem_1551255648112":"en"}]},"item_1583103085720":{"attribute_name":"Description","attribute_value_mlt":[{"interim":"This study intends to investigate how HRM practices affect employees'\norganizational commitment and analyze how organizational commitment affects\nemployees' job performance at Unique Commercial Co., Ltd. 200 out of 402 employees\nfrom Unique Commercial Co., Ltd.'s are chosen as sample by simple random sampling\nmethod. To gather the primary data, a structured questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale\nis used. In this study, descriptive research methodology is used. Multiple regression is also\nused to assess the data. This study shows that recruiting and selection methods do not\nsignificantly affect commitments, and the other four practices that are training and\ndevelopment, remuneration and benefits, health and safety, and performance appraisal\nwhich have a considerable beneficial impact on all forms of commitments. Additionally, it\nhas been discovered that employee commitment significantly improves workers' ability to\ndo their jobs. The affective commitment type, out of the three forms of commitment, has\nthe greatest impact on job performance. Since the majority of employees believe that the\ncompany falls short in providing health and safety aids, Unique Commercial Co., Ltd.\nshould focus more on stocking first aid kits and essential medications including\nparacetamol, vitacee, and degirol in each department. It should also provide thorough\nworkplace safety training to all employees and educate new hires on the organization's\nworkplace safety standards.
