The results of this study are\nencouraging for the Punjab National Bank in Yangon. The main objective of the study is to analyze the factor influencing on customer satisfaction of international banking transaction in Punjab National Bank in Yangon. The descriptive and analytical research methods are used to meet the objectives of the study. The 100 customers 50% of the total customers who deal with international banking services of Punjab National Bank are selected by using random sampling methods. The research data is collected by email questionnaires. Though there are some limitations to obtain the accurate data, it is determined the data to interpret the correlations between the independent variables and dependent variables. The study found that the security, functional service, and price fairness were positive significant relationship with customer satisfaction. The results of this study are encouraging for the Punjab National Bank in Yangon. International banking transaction in correspondent bank and management of the international banking transaction as it suggests for increasing the security and functional service, and price fairness commitment of banking industry in Myanmar. |
