The descriptive and analytical research methods are used to meet the\nobjectives of the study. The 100 customers 50% of the total customers who deal with\ninternational banking services of Punjab National Bank are selected by using random\nsampling methods. The research data is collected by email questionnaires. Though\nthere are some limitations to obtain the accurate data, it is determined the data to\ninterpret the correlations between the independent variables and dependent variables.\nThe study found that the security, functional service, and price fairness were positive\nsignificant relationship with customer satisfaction. The results of this study are\nencouraging for the Punjab National Bank in Yangon.
