Moreover, individual \nfactor and organizational factor have significant positive effect on knowledge sharing. \nTherefore, Organizations should confront factors that hinders the knowledge sharing activities \nand also create a better knowledge sharing environment. Furthermore, knowledge sharing has \nsignificant positive effect on organizational performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of knowledge sharing on organizational performance of Aung Yadana Hospital.
