The specific objectives of the study are to analyze the factors \ninfluencing on knowledge sharing and to analyze the effect of knowledge sharing on \norganizational performance of Aung Yadana Hospital. To reach the objectives, the primary \ndata for this study are collected from 200 respondents who are working in Aung Yadana \nHospital by using the structured questionnaires. The results reveal that individual factor of \nknowledge sharing is the most influencing factor among three factors. Moreover, individual \nfactor and organizational factor have significant positive effect on knowledge sharing. \nTherefore, Organizations should confront factors that hinders the knowledge sharing activities \nand also create a better knowledge sharing environment. Furthermore, knowledge sharing has \nsignificant positive effect on organizational performance.
