Regarding personorganization fit factors, goal congruence and need-supplies PO fit are strongly significant \nwith job satisfaction while value congruence is not significant. In addition, among three \nperson-job fit factors, personality congruence and demand-ability PJ fit are strongly \nsignificant with job satisfaction while personality congruence main effects on job \nsatisfaction. This study aims to analyze the effect of person-environment fit on job satisfaction of employees in Ever Flow River- G Link Express Services Limited. Both quantitative and qualitative method are used in this study.
