Both quantitative \nand qualitative method are used in this study. The data are collected by using structured \nquestionnaire from 108 employees and interview to officer of EFR G-Link Express \nServices Limited. The study reveals that person-environment fit (person-organization fit \nand person-job fit) has a strong positive effect on job satisfaction of the employees.\nAmong two person-environment fit factors, personality congruence is the main \ndeterminant factor of job satisfaction at EFR Glink Express Limited. Regarding personorganization fit factors, goal congruence and need-supplies PO fit are strongly significant \nwith job satisfaction while value congruence is not significant. In addition, among three \nperson-job fit factors, personality congruence and demand-ability PJ fit are strongly \nsignificant with job satisfaction while personality congruence main effects on job \nsatisfaction.
