This study aims at classroom management issues that create a supportive learning environment to support the learning needs of students and assess the factors that help build a supportive learning environment in order to achieve the students’ academic success. This paper describes about classroom management strategies and characteristics, how to create a supportive learning environment and how to motivate the students in the classroom. In this paper, moreover, teaching and learning activities that were performed in real classroom are also mentioned.
