Classroom management refers to the strategies that the teacher manage to control the\nclassroom effectively and to stimulate students’ motivation on their learning and to support the students’ learning needs. This study aims at classroom management issues that create a supportive learning environment to support the learning needs of students and assess the factors that help build a supportive learning environment in order to achieve the students’ academic success. This paper describes about classroom management strategies and characteristics, how to create a supportive learning environment and how to motivate the students in the classroom. In this paper, moreover, teaching and learning activities that were performed in real classroom are also mentioned.
