The main aim of the study is to investigate the relationship between principal leadership skills and teachers’ organizational citizenship behaviour at selected Basic Education High Schools in Mandalay. The subjects of this study involved 354 teachers from 9 selected schools. Convenience sampling method and quantitative research design were applied to collect data.
