The \nsubjects of this study involved 354 teachers from 9 selected schools. \nConvenience sampling method and quantitative research design were \napplied to collect data. In this study, the researcher used two \nquestionnaires (both for Teachers). Questionnaire one for teachers was \nused to investigate the perceptions of teachers on demographic \ninformation of teachers and principal leadership skills based on the \ninstrument of the Principal Leadership Skills developed by Richter et al. \n(2012). Questionnaire two for teachers was used to investigate the \nperceptions of teachers on their organizational citizenship behaviour \nbased on the instrument of the Organizational Citizenship Behaviour \nInventory developed by Organ and Ryan (1995). The results of this study \nindicated that the teachers from selected Basic Education High Schools \nin Mandalay perceived that their principal leadership skills on moderate \nlevels and teachers’ organizational citizenship behaviour on high levels. \nWhen studying the relationship between principal leadership skills and \nteachers’ organizational citizenship behaviour, it was found that these \nvariables were moderately correlated at the 99% confidence level.
