Immunoblot analysis with\u0026nbsp;anti-human ACAT-1 antibodies revealed that ACAT-1 protein\u0026nbsp;was increased by 2.6-fold, using 1,25-(OH)\u0026nbsp;2D3\u0026nbsp;at a physiological\u0026nbsp;concentration (100 pM).
