Barcoding is a method of encoding\u003cbr\u003e\ninformation into a machine-readable pattern of predefined bar and\u003cbr\u003e\nspace patterns that can be quickly and accurately read by a scanner\u003cbr\u003e\nand\u0026nbsp; a\u0026nbsp; computer.\u0026nbsp; Part\u0026nbsp; numbers,\u0026nbsp; purchase\u0026nbsp; order\u0026nbsp; numbers,\u0026nbsp; lot\u003cbr\u003e\nnumbers, or any other information can be encoded into a barcode.\u003cbr\u003e\nInstead of manually typing a customer identification number into a\u003cbr\u003e\ndatabase, if the information is contained in a barcode, a data entry\u003cbr\u003e\noperator may scan in it. In this paper, there are three logical steps\u003cbr\u003e\nfor\u0026nbsp; barcoding:\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp;\u0026nbsp; (i)\u0026nbsp; creating\u0026nbsp; barcodes,\u0026nbsp; (ii)\u0026nbsp; labeling\u0026nbsp; and\u0026nbsp; (iii)\u003cbr\u003e\nreporting.\u0026nbsp; The\u0026nbsp; proposed\u0026nbsp; system\u0026nbsp; will\u0026nbsp; present\u0026nbsp; for\u0026nbsp; three\u0026nbsp; barcode\u003cbr\u003e\ntypes: code 39, code 128 and code 11.
