The data are collected with structured questionnaires from 215 employees who are working under Premier Coffee Lluvia Limited. According to the survey results, among the rewards, bonus and recognition have the greatest contribution to employee commitment in Premier Coffee Lluvia Limited. Moreover the findings suggest that high level of employee performance can be achieved by affective commitment although all types of employee commitment have significant effect on employee performance.
