This study found that the enterprising personality type affects the job-fit due to factors such as enjoyment while working in human resource environment, level of excitement, personal stress management, expectations of career, plan to work long-term in human resource management, freedom of expression at work. Moreover, job-fit has significant effect on career success, resulting the more job fit makes more career success.
