This data is collected via structured questionnaire with 134 respondents out of 209 human resource managers from HR field in Yangon. This study found that the enterprising personality type affects the job-fit due to factors such as enjoyment while working in human resource environment, level of excitement, personal stress management, expectations of career, plan to work long-term in human resource management, freedom of expression at work. Moreover, job-fit has significant effect on career success, resulting the more job fit makes more career success.
