The study aims to examine the influence of social media marketing activities on customer satisfaction and the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty of MyanCare Application. This study uses simple random sampling method. Data are collected by personal interview method by using structured questionnaire and collects the data from 178 users of MyanCare Application. This study found that most user do not have any concern about privacy issue with MyanCare application and customers feel MyanCare application page is trustworthy, honest, sincere and dependable.
