This study uses simple random sampling method. Data are\r\ncollected by personal interview method by using structured questionnaire and collects the\r\ndata from 178 users of MyanCare Application. This study found that most user do not have\r\nany concern about privacy issue with MyanCare application and customers feel MyanCare\r\napplication page is trustworthy, honest, sincere and dependable. It is also found that the\r\nmost influential components of customer satisfaction of MyanCare Application are trust in\r\ninformation, privacy and credibility.
