The sample size of 67 respondents among 102 managerial level of employees are chosen by using simple random sampling method. According to the results, autonomy, task significance and feedback influence on context satisfaction due to providing freedom to perform their tasks, each of their tasks is significant and important for the company. Only feedback influences on content satisfaction due to recognition and acknowledge from their seniors and mangers. It is found out that context satisfaction influences on job performance because employees feel satisfied with their salaries and benefit packages, working conditions and management style of the company.
