This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational communication on employee satisfaction and to analyze the effect of the employee job satisfaction on their job performance of Myanma Posts and Telecommunication in Yangon. Primary data is collected from 223 out of total 500 employees at Myanma Posts and Telecommunication with structured questionnaire.
