Primary data is\r collected from 223 out of total 500 employees at Myanma Posts and Telecommunication\r with structured questionnaire. The study found that all factors of organizational\r communication have positive effect on employee satisfaction. Furthermore, the study also\r found that employee job satisfaction has positive effect on their performance.
