The data related to population are collected from secondary sources. For the purpose of \nanalyzing the population concentration, the scholar S.S. Bhatia’s method of location quotient \nand overlay method in GIS technology are applied here. The result shows that the high and \nmedium concentration of population has been found in western part of the township due \nto the favorable economic activity for agriculture and transportation facilities. \nSubsequently, low concentration of population is found in the northern part and near \nreserved forest area of the study area.
