| The objectives of the study are to analyze the effect of institute service quality and social responsibility on the institute reputation, to examine the effect of institute reputation on attitudinal and behavioral loyalty, and to analyze the moderating effect of student perceived value on the relationship between institute reputation and attitudinal loyalty and behavioral loyalty towards Vital Care Myanmar Institute. Since there are 300 students enrolled from 2024 to 2025, the total population is 300 students who study at the Vital Care Myanmar Institute. The sample size is determined to be 169 using the Raosoft sample size calculator. Primary data are collected through the online survey method with structured questionnaires using a five-point Likert scale. Sample respondents are selected by using a simple random sampling method. The secondary data are obtained from reliable books, websites, and documents from the office of Vital Care Myanmar Institute. Additionally, for analyzing the data, the study uses descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis. The data collection period is August 2025. The multiple linear regression results indicate that administrative services, academic facilities, campus infrastructure, and institute social responsibility have a significant and positive effect on institute reputation. Institute reputation has a positive and significant effect on attitude and behavioral loyalty. Student perceived value has a positive and partial moderating effect on the relationship between institute reputation and attitudinal and behavioral loyalty. Thus, Vital Care Myanmar Institute should adopt the strategies to enhance student loyalty by fostering institute reputation, considering student perceived value, committing to institute social responsibility, and highlighting efficient and effective administrative services, campus infrastructure, and academic facilities. |
