Since there are 300 students \nenrolled from 2024 to 2025, the total population is 300 students who study at the Vital Care \nMyanmar Institute. The sample size is determined to be 169 using the Raosoft sample size \ncalculator. Primary data are collected through the online survey method with structured \nquestionnaires using a five-point Likert scale. Sample respondents are selected by using a \nsimple random sampling method. The secondary data are obtained from reliable books, \nwebsites, and documents from the office of Vital Care Myanmar Institute. Additionally, for \nanalyzing the data, the study uses descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis. \nThe data collection period is August 2025. The multiple linear regression results indicate \nthat administrative services, academic facilities, campus infrastructure, and institute social \nresponsibility have a significant and positive effect on institute reputation. Institute \nreputation has a positive and significant effect on attitude and behavioral loyalty. Student \nperceived value has a positive and partial moderating effect on the relationship between \ninstitute reputation and attitudinal and behavioral loyalty. Thus, Vital Care Myanmar \nInstitute should adopt the strategies to enhance student loyalty by fostering institute \nreputation, considering student perceived value, committing to institute social \nresponsibility, and highlighting efficient and effective administrative services, campus \ninfrastructure, and academic facilities."}]},"item_1583103120197":{"attribute_name":"Files","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_access","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2025-11-11"}],"displaytype":"preview","filename":"Ei Ei San, MSESI II-35, 2nd Batch.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"1.2 MB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_0","url":{"url":"https://meral.edu.mm/record/12094/files/Ei Ei San, MSESI II-35, 2nd Batch.pdf"},"version_id":"3892d320-3eb0-4e99-b8bf-61bcc4716aed"}]},"item_1583103233624":{"attribute_name":"Thesis/dissertations","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_awarding_university":"Yangon University of Economics","subitem_supervisor(s)":[{"subitem_supervisor":"Prof.Dr. Than Thu Zar"}]}]},"item_1583105942107":{"attribute_name":"Authors","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_authors":[{"subitem_authors_fullname":"Ei Ei San"}]}]},"item_1583108359239":{"attribute_name":"Upload type","attribute_value_mlt":[{"interim":"Other"}]},"item_1583108428133":{"attribute_name":"Publication type","attribute_value_mlt":[{"interim":"Thesis"}]},"item_1583159729339":{"attribute_name":"Publication date","attribute_value":"2025-10-01"},"item_title":"Effect of Institute Service Quality and Social Responsibility on Institute Reputation and Student Loyalty towards Vital Care Myanmar Institute (Ei Ei San, 2025)","item_type_id":"21","owner":"20","path":["1582963436320","1698994280848"],"publish_date":"2025-11-11","publish_status":"0","recid":"12094","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["Effect of Institute Service Quality and Social Responsibility on Institute Reputation and Student Loyalty towards Vital Care Myanmar Institute (Ei Ei San, 2025)"],"weko_creator_id":"20","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2025-11-11T06:03:30.268019+00:00"}
