In the result of the study of second objective, the internal factors influencing strategies implementation, the internal factors used in the study are commitment of top level management on the strategy implementation, communication in strategy implementation, coordination of activities in strategy implementation, and inappropriate system of organization culture, structure on strategy implementation. As the most respondents agreed to inappropriate system of organization culture, structure, leadership styles, policies, supports and rewards are significantly influence on strategy implementation.
