The findings reveal that entrepreneurial passion, entrepreneurial literacy, and\nrole model inspiration have positive and significant effect on entrepreneurship\nreadiness. The mediating effect of self-efficacy has positive and significant on the\nrelationship between these psychological aspects and entrepreneurship readiness. In\naddition, project-based learning implementation has positive and significant effect on\nentrepreneurship readiness. The study concludes that fostering entrepreneurial passion,\nenhancing entrepreneurial literacy, integrating role model inspiration, and projectbased\nlearning implementation are essential strategies for promoting entrepreneurship\nreadiness among university students. This study recommends that universities foster\nentrepreneurial passion, entrepreneurial literacy and role model inspiration as well as\nself-efficacy.
