Secondary data is collected from \nrelevant textbooks, some previous research papers, and reports from Thukha Mingalar \nMedical \u0026 Diagnostic Center. For data analysis, both descriptive statistics and regression \nanalysis are applied. Based on the regression analysis, employee resilience, motivation, \nopportunity, exploitation and exploration have positive and significant effect on \norganizational resilience. Organizational resilience has positive and significant effect on \nemployee well-being.
