This study employs the descriptive method and conducted on 168 school teachers in Shwe Pyi Thar Township. There is no variation in teachers’ job satisfaction in terms of age, teaching positions and teaching services. However, there is significant difference in teachers’ organizational commitment in terms of age, teaching positions and teaching services between group of teachers. Teachers who are old have higher organizational commitment than those who are young. There is a positive moderate correlation between teachers’ job satisfaction and organizational commitment.
