This study explores the perceptions of talent retention and employee capacity
building within organizations by emphasizing the critical role how these factors play in

skilled talent intensifies in dynamic labor market, understanding employee perspectives
on retention strategies and capacity-building initiatives becomes essential for fostering
a committed and skilled workforce. To reach the study objectives, the random sampling
