As competition for \nskilled talent intensifies in dynamic labor market, understanding employee perspectives \non retention strategies and capacity-building initiatives becomes essential for fostering \na committed and skilled workforce. To reach the study objectives, the random sampling \nof (200) employees out of (1,097) are chosen from KMA Group of Companies. The \nstudy found that employees were satisfied with all of the organization's current talent \nretention, building capacity practices, and identified few weaknesses in learning \nopportunities and personal development. Furthermore, the study identifies that the most \nsignificant factors are flexibility of the working hours, and strong managerial \nsupporting than others.
