The\nobjectives of this study are to identify the logistics activities and firm\nperformance of Pharmaceutical Factory (Insein) and to analyze the effects of\nlogistics activities on firm performance of Pharmaceutical Factory (Insein). To\nachieve the objectives of the study, primary data were collected from 175\nemployees out of 351 managerial level employees (50% of total\nrespondents) by using simple random sampling method. These data were\ncollected by using structured questionnaire. The secondary data were\ngathered from the relevant text books, previous research papers, factory’s\nrecords and annual report, and internet websites. Descriptive statistics and\nmultiple regression analysis were used to analyze the effects of logistics\nactivities on performance of Pharmaceutical Factory (Insein). According to\nthe multiple regression result, demand forecasting activity, production\nplanning activity and industrial packaging activity were significantly and\npositively effects on firm performance.
