The majority of staffs are nurses (43.1%) and doctors (30.3%). Most of\nthe respondents are female and mean age of participants is 31 years. Of the respondents,\n89.09% of respondents have good level of knowledge, 99.39% of respondents have\ngood attitudes towards infection prevention and control and 88.48% of respondents\nhave good practices of infection prevention and control. The practice level of females\nis higher than that of males. The respondents with the longest service (31-40 years)\nobtain the perfect practice scores. There is a significant association between the level\nof knowledge and the practices toward infection prevention and control of healthcare\nworkers.
